- Running descriptive statistics
- t tests and one-way ANOVA basics
- Exporting and formatting graphs for publication
Module 2: Advanced~2 hours
- Two-way ANOVA and repeated measures ANOVA
- Multiple comparisons and post-hoc tests
- Nonlinear curve fitting (dose-response, enzyme kinetics)
- Correlation and linear regression
- Survival analysis
- Prism layouts and combining multiple graphs
Module 3: Professional~2 hours
- Principal component analysis (PCA)
- Multiple regression and logistic regression
- Advanced curve fitting (global regression, model comparison)
- Customizing Prism for lab-specific workflows
- Automating analyses using templates and scripts
- Biostatistics best practices and reporting
Can I Take Modules Individually?
Yes. Modules can be taken individually or as a complete series. If you are new to Prism, we recommend starting with Module 1. Researchers who already use Prism for basic statistics can start with Module 2. Module 3 is designed for researchers who need advanced statistical methods or want to maximize Prism's full capabilities.
